Denholtz Properties Sells Half of Luxury Residences at Southbank at the Navesink

Denholtz Properties is pleased to announce that five of the ten luxury waterfront residences at Southbank at the Navesink in Red Bank, N.J. have been sold. This milestone, reached within seven months of breaking ground, brings the project to 50% sold and highlights strong demand for these exclusive riverfront homes. Completion of the project is scheduled for late 2023.

Southbank at the Navesink offers ten meticulously designed, two- to three-bedroom homes featuring expansive open floor plans, premium finishes, and unparalleled river views. Each residence includes luxurious details, such as Duchateau wide wood plank floors, Thermador appliances, Kohler fixtures, and chef’s kitchens with Dekton countertops. Six units provide single-floor living with over 2,100 square feet, while four duplex penthouses feature more than 2,900 square feet of living space, complete with private terraces and courtyards.

Strategically located near Red Bank’s vibrant downtown, residents will enjoy easy access to an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, and cultural institutions. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows and an elevated riverside setting maximize natural light and the beauty of the Navesink River.

"I’ve been waiting for a property like this," said Anthony Locascio, one of the project’s first buyers. "My new home has stunning river views, a prime location, and meticulous craftsmanship—the perfect combination."

Denholtz Properties’ Southbank project reflects the firm’s commitment to meaningful community investment in Red Bank. This spring, they will also open The Rail at Red Bank, a 57-unit mixed-use development near the Red Bank train station and Denholtz’s headquarters.

“Southbank at the Navesink and The Rail at Red Bank exemplify our unique approach to development, which is to deliver unmatched living experiences that enhance the communities they serve,” said Steven Denholtz, CEO of Denholtz Properties.
