Highlighting Strong Demand in Orlando Submarket, Denholtz Properties Inks Over 65,000 Square Feet in Leases at Two Properties

5 September 2019

Denholtz Properties is pleased to announce a significant 65,500 square feet of leasing activity across two of its Orlando properties: Cypress Industrial Park and Silver Star Commerce Center.

At Cypress Industrial Park, located at 9500-9901 Satellite Boulevard, FS Florida signed a lease for 33,600 square feet, marking the largest of the transactions. Additionally, ITW Food Equipment Group renewed its lease for 9,100 square feet, underscoring the property's appeal for both new and established tenants. Situated strategically in the Orlando MSA, Cypress Industrial Park comprises five single-story light industrial buildings totaling 256,838 square feet. With a versatile design that offers both grade level and dock-high loading, the park’s adaptable space options meet the diverse requirements of today’s industrial tenants.

Meanwhile, at Silver Star Commerce Center at 3702 Silver Star Road, Global Network Services, LLC and Merchandise Liquidation & Export, LLC each secured 2,400 square feet of new leases. Coastal Delivery, Inc. and Sunrise Flooring, Inc. renewed their existing leases, taking 13,200 square feet and 4,800 square feet, respectively. Silver Star Commerce Center’s eight flex buildings benefit from an accessible location west of North John Young Parkway and close proximity to major highways, including Interstate 4 and Orlando International Airport, making it a prime location for a variety of businesses. Currently, the center is 87 percent leased by 26 tenants across its 288,000-square-foot portfolio.

"Whenever a market experiences rapid growth, the demand for adaptable flex space is essential to supporting diverse business needs," said Kristine B. Hurlbut, Senior Vice President of Leasing at Denholtz Properties. "Our long-standing presence in Orlando enables us to respond effectively to the demand for quality flex space, providing tenants with versatile options that drive both the market and regional economic growth.”
