Denholtz Welcomes German MedTech Business to Downtown Tampa Office Building

Denholtz, a leading privately held investment management firm, has signed a 1,600-square-foot office lease with Medability at Ashley Plaza at 1000 North Ashley Drive in Tampa, Florida.


Founded in 2012 in Munich, Germany, Medability develops and produces advanced surgical simulators. The cutting-edge tools are designed to elevate professional education and sales training, helping surgeons build confidence in utilizing innovative surgical instruments. The new space will serve as Medability’s United States headquarters.


Standing at 180,000 square feet, Ashley Plaza is a 10-story office building strategically located in downtown Tampa, offering easy access to a variety of cultural, entertainment and dining options. Additionally, the building is within the Tampa Medical and Research District (TMRD), a burgeoning hub of world-class clinical care, academics, research and biotechnology, anchored by Tampa General Hospital and the University of South Florida Health Morsani College of Medicine.
