Denholtz Welcomes Ceiling Contractor to Tampa Flex Industrial Park

Tampa, Fla. (May 20, 2025) Denholtz, a leading privately held investment management firm, has signed a 6,430-square-foot lease with Hanlon Acoustical Ceilings Co. at Sweetwater Business Center located at 5455-5557 West Waters Avenue in Tampa, Florida.

 

For over four decades, Hanlon Acoustical Ceilings has set the standard in the Tampa area as a trusted provider of premium installation services for standard and specialty ceilings, soundproofing insulation, and wall panels. The newly acquired property will support the company’s warehousing, distribution, and administrative operations, ensuring seamless service to its clients.

 

Acquired by Denholtz in 2020, Sweetwater Business Center is a nine-building, 225,651-square-foot industrial flex portfolio located in the Westshore/Airport Flex Industrial submarket, approximately seven miles from Tampa International Airport.
