Denholtz Properties Expands Development and Construction Team to Support Strategic Growth

Denholtz Properties proudly announces the addition of Steve Lidster as Director of Development, Charlie Cleary as General Superintendent of Construction, and Jon Pierce as Assistant Superintendent of Construction, further strengthening the company’s in-house development and construction capabilities.

In his role as Denholtz Properties’ first Director of Development, Lidster will leverage his extensive background in engineering and real estate. With experience managing significant retail and residential projects for Madison Marquette, Advance Realty, and The Briad Group, Lidster brings a wealth of expertise to Denholtz’s projects throughout New Jersey. He will oversee key projects, including the company’s Tinton Falls flex/industrial development, the Fort Monmouth redevelopment, and the repositioning of the North Gold Drive and Hamilton, N.J., properties.

“At Denholtz Properties, we are dedicated to strategic, community-centered development,” said CEO Steven Denholtz. “With the addition of Steve, we are bolstering our development platform and reinforcing our commitment to delivering value through forward-thinking projects.”

Denholtz Properties has also enhanced its construction team to support the firm’s visionary projects. Cleary, with a background as Superintendent at The O’Mara Organization in New York City, will serve as General Superintendent of Construction. Pierce will join Cleary to support the construction and development team on a variety of projects across New Jersey.

This expansion continues Denholtz Properties’ focus on strengthening its development infrastructure. Earlier in the year, the company hired industry veteran Chris Guderian as Director of Construction. Under his guidance, the team has implemented new technologies and processes to optimize efficiency and profitability from project inception through lease-up and management.

“With these strategic hires, we have assembled one of the most dynamic and experienced construction and development teams in the industry,” said President Stephen Cassidy. “Our teams are poised to continue Denholtz Properties’ growth through visionary projects that redefine value and enhance community spaces.”
