Denholtz Properties Selects Pierson Commercial for Retail Leasing at The Rail @ Red Bank


Denholtz Properties has appointed Pierson Commercial as the exclusive retail leasing brokerage for The Rail @ Red Bank, its dynamic mixed-use development project in Red Bank’s West Side. Pierson Commercial’s Director, Gary Krauss, will oversee leasing for the 7,300 square feet of ground-level retail space within the project.

This partnership allows Denholtz Properties to leverage Pierson’s deep market knowledge to attract sought-after businesses to The Rail @ Red Bank, aligning with the project’s commitment to enhancing Red Bank’s thriving retail scene.
