Denholtz Properties Signs 38,510-Square-Foot Lease Renewal at Lehigh Valley Industrial Flex Property

Denholtz Properties announced a lease renewal with UL Verification Services for 38,510 square feet of flex industrial space at 7036 Snowdrift Road in Upper Macungie, Pennsylvania.

This strategic location offers immediate access to Interstate 78, the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and PA Routes 33 and 309, enhancing connectivity and logistics capabilities. The property is designed with ample loading facilities, well-spaced bays, and a landscaped, park-like setting ideal for industrial use.
