Denholtz Properties Signs 10,000-Square-Foot Lease Renewal with Toy Wholesaler in East Brunswick, N.J.
17 September 2019
Denholtz Properties is pleased to announce that Y&W International has renewed its lease for 10,000 square feet of flex/industrial space at the Edgeboro Corporate Center, located at 12-16 Edgeboro Road in East Brunswick, NJ.
The Edgeboro Corporate Center is a premier two-building, 84,000-square-foot flex property with units ranging up to 20,000 square feet. Ideally located just one mile from the New Jersey Turnpike, with easy access to Routes 1 and 9, Interstate 287, and the Garden State Parkway, the property provides convenience and superior accessibility, further enhanced by numerous nearby mass transit options.
Since its founding in 1988, Y&W International has grown into a leading wholesaler of toys with a customer base spanning the United States. The company’s flexible 10,000-square-foot space within Edgeboro Corporate Center continues to support its dual role as both a showroom and distribution facility, enabling streamlined operations to service local and national markets.
"Central New Jersey’s accessibility, population density, and robust business environment make it a prime market for flex space," said Kristine B. Hurlbut, Senior Vice President of Leasing at Denholtz Properties. "Our portfolio of flex properties in Middlesex County allows us to meet this high demand and offer long-term, strategic space for companies like Y&W International.”
Ranked as New Jersey's fourth fastest-growing county, Middlesex County’s market remains competitive, bolstered by low vacancy rates at 1.8 percent in Q2 2019 and ongoing strong demand. While over one million square feet of new industrial space is set to be added in the coming quarters, demand is expected to remain high, creating optimal conditions for well-located, adaptable spaces like those at Edgeboro Corporate Center.
