Stephen Cassidy Joins Rutgers Center for Real Estate as Adjunct Faculty
Denholtz Properties proudly announces that President Stephen Cassidy has joined the Rutgers Center for Real Estate as an adjunct faculty member. Cassidy will teach "Real Estate Finance and Mortgage-Backed Securities," bringing his extensive expertise in commercial real estate to the next generation of industry professionals. With 20 years at the helm of Denholtz Properties, Cassidy’s leadership has been pivotal to the company’s robust growth across industrial, office, multi-family, and retail sectors, particularly in New Jersey and the Southeast.
Cassidy holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees from Rutgers University and has served on the Advisory Board of the Rutgers Center for Real Estate since 2015. “I am thrilled and honored to deepen my involvement with the Center in this new role,” he shared.
Under the leadership of Professor Morris A. Davis, the Rutgers Center for Real Estate has become the region’s premier real estate program. Professor Davis, Paul V. Profeta Chair of Real Estate and Academic Director, remarked, "Steve has been a key supporter of our scholarship program, and his industry knowledge will bring invaluable insight to his students."
This appointment marks the continuation of Cassidy’s commitment to the Center’s mission to drive real estate excellence through world-class education and industry-driven curriculum.
