Denholtz Properties Secures Multiple New Leases, Renewals, and Expansions Totaling Over 15,000 Square Feet at Northampton Business Park

Denholtz Properties has successfully closed a series of new leases, renewals, and expansions amounting to 15,368 square feet at Northampton Business Park on Route 37 West in Toms River, N.J. This series of leases underscores the business park’s adaptability and desirability within Ocean County’s booming business corridor.

Design Alternatives - 3,200 sq. ft.

Garden State Garage Doors - 2,250 sq. ft.

Accurate HVAC, LLC - 2,020 sq. ft.

Unimetrix Corporation - 1,600 sq. ft.

The Thrifters - 1,288 sq. ft.

Automated Concepts - 1,000 sq. ft.

Northampton Business Park spans 95,000 square feet in a campus-like setting designed to support a diverse range of tenants.
