Denholtz Properties marked the grand opening of its new office at 116 Chestnut Street in Red Bank, NJ, with a ceremony attended by Governor Phil Murphy, Mayor Pasquale Menna, and more than 400 guests. The event celebrated Denholtz’s strategic move and renewed dedication to community-oriented real estate across New Jersey. Governor Murphy and Mayor Menna highlighted Denholtz Properties’ positive impact on the local economy and applauded their commitment to sustainable, community-focused development.
The rebranding of Denholtz Associates to Denholtz Properties reflects a new phase in the firm’s 65-year history, with a refined focus on transit-oriented, community-enhancing investments in central New Jersey and Florida. “Our new identity as Denholtz Properties will be defined by our ability to enhance the communities in which we work as we strive to create spaces that people are proud to call home,” said Steven Denholtz, CEO of Denholtz Properties.
In keeping with their commitment to the local community, Denholtz Properties collaborated with JBJ Soul Kitchen, a nonprofit restaurant by the Jon Bon Jovi Foundation, for the event catering. The celebration also featured offerings from local Red Bank restaurants, including Chowda House, Senor Peppers, Catch 19, Local Smoke BBQ, and others, fostering a community-centric atmosphere.
The new 12,080-square-foot office at 116 Chestnut Street, located near the Red Bank NJ Transit station, features a modern design with advanced amenities tailored to foster collaboration and efficiency. The space includes polished concrete floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, standing desks, and a range of huddle and conference rooms with state-of-the-art technology, all designed to support the firm’s mission of delivering transformative real estate solutions across their expanding portfolio.
