Denholtz Properties Inks Three New Leases to Bring Diverse Slate of Businesses to South Plainfield Office Complex

Denholtz Properties Signs New Leases at Oak Tree Business Center in South Plainfield, N.J.

Denholtz Properties has secured three new leases totaling 4,043 square feet at Oak Tree Business Center, a 140,000-square-foot, six-building business park in South Plainfield, N.J. The new tenants are:


1000 Degrees Pizza: 1,625 square feet for a fast-casual restaurant offering custom brick oven-fired pizzas, fire-roasted wings, and salads. The location is part of 1000 Degrees' New Jersey expansion, with additional locations planned, including one on Route 22 in Springfield.


VetCor of Edison LLC: 1,365 square feet to operate Oak Tree Animal Clinic, a full-service veterinary hospital providing care for various pets. VetCor partners with over 300 veterinary locations across 31 states, supporting high-quality, family-oriented care.


BA2CC Solutions Inc.: 1,053 square feet for an IT solutions company serving brokerage, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing clients with advanced cloud and software strategies.


Following a recent renovation, Oak Tree Business Center offers a modern, versatile space for retail, office, medical, and flex businesses. Conveniently located near major routes and interstates, with proximity to Newark Liberty International Airport, the center has positioned itself as a prime commercial destination in Middlesex County.

The leases were arranged by Jaime Zimmel of Zimmel Associates for Vetcor of Edison LLC and BA2CC Solutions Inc., with Damon DiPlacido of Arrow Real Estate Services representing 1000 Degrees Pizza.
