
Denholtz Properties Inks Nearly 60,000 Square Feet of Leases Across Florida Portfolio

Denholtz Properties has successfully negotiated 58,864 square feet of leases across its Tampa and Orlando office and industrial portfolios.
Key leases in Tampa include a 23,670-square-foot agreement with the Children’s Network of Hillsborough at the Sweetwater Business Center, a 225,651-square-foot office/flex complex located on West Waters Avenue. Additionally, Denholtz Properties secured a 13,874-square-foot lease renewal and expansion with Halff Associates, Inc., an engineering and architecture consulting firm, at The Times Building, a prominent ten-story, 180,000-square-foot office building on North Ashley Avenue in Tampa.
In Orlando, Denholtz Properties welcomed JDTeck, a telecommunications equipment supplier, to a 10,620-square-foot space at the Celebration Business Center. Acquired by Denholtz Properties in 2021, this two-building, 106,068-square-foot office property is now fully occupied. Additionally, Cook & Boardman Group, a leading distributor of commercial doors, frames, and hardware, signed a lease for 10,800 square feet at the Silver Star Commerce Center, an eight-building, 254,915-square-foot industrial flex portfolio on Silver Star Road.
