
Denholtz Properties Inks Lease with TECO Peoples Gas in Industrial Park in Orlando, Fla.

Denholtz Properties has secured a lease agreement with TECO Peoples Gas for 10,800 square feet of industrial/flex space at 3702 Silver Star Road within the Silver Star Commerce Center in Orlando, Florida.
With roots dating back to 1895, TECO Peoples Gas is one of Florida’s leading natural gas providers, delivering energy solutions to nearly 390,000 Floridians through an 11,000-mile pipeline network. This new location in Silver Star Commerce Center enhances TECO's local presence, supporting their mission to offer efficient and sustainable energy services to the region.
Silver Star Commerce Center comprises eight industrial flex buildings with sizes ranging from 26,400 to 39,600 square feet and is currently 87% leased. Strategically located west of North John Young Parkway and proximate to State Route 434, US Highway 441, and I-4, the center is well-positioned for easy regional access. The property is also within 12 miles of Orlando International Airport, making it an ideal logistics hub.
