14 August 2019
Denholtz Properties has announced a lease extension with Decile.Ten Communications for 8,474 square feet at 150 Morristown Road, a Class-A office building in Bernardsville, New Jersey.
The 54,599-square-foot, two-story office building recently underwent a $500,000 capital improvement project, transforming it into a highly modern and flexible space to meet the evolving needs of today’s office tenants. Enhancements include a reimagined lobby with a media wall, upgraded lighting, contemporary furniture, and new flooring. The building also now features a café/lounge area, a communal space designed for tenant relaxation and connectivity, along with new healthy vending options, upgraded HVAC, and a refurbished walkway.
Positioned in the heart of Somerset County, the property offers prime accessibility, minutes from downtown Bernardsville and six miles from Morristown, with immediate access to Route 202 and easy reach to Routes 24, 206, I-78, and I-80. This ideal location continues to suit Decile.Ten Communications, a boutique medical communications company with a national client base and proximity to key New Jersey pharmaceutical hubs.
“We continually strive to create office environments that companies of all sizes can be proud to call home,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, Senior Vice President of Leasing at Denholtz Properties. “With an emphasis on superior tenant service and regular capital improvements, we ensure that our spaces set the standard in their markets. The extension with Decile.Ten Communications speaks to the success of our strategy at 150 Morristown and reflects our commitment to fostering strong, multi-tenant leasing activity.”
David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented Denholtz Properties, while Charlie Dillon of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Parsippany office represented Decile.Ten Communications in the transaction.
