Denholtz Properties Deepens Commitment to Community Support Through Expanded Partnership with Lunch Break

Denholtz Properties, a prominent commercial real estate investment and development company, is pleased to announce that Christina Jordan, Director of Leasing and Technology, has been appointed to the Board of Trustees of Lunch Break, a Red Bank-based non-profit dedicated to providing essential services to financially insecure individuals and families across Monmouth County and beyond.

Since 1983, Lunch Break has been a vital support system for those in need, providing food, clothing, life skills, and fellowship. Supported by generous donors, businesses, and over 2,000 volunteers, the organization has broadened its programs to ensure no one in the community is left without the essential resources to thrive.

Denholtz Properties’ relationship with Lunch Break has strengthened since the company’s headquarters moved to Red Bank in 2019. Denholtz regularly hosts food and clothing drives and has served as a proud sponsor of Lunch Break’s 2020 and 2021 annual galas. Jordan’s role on the Board of Trustees will enable her to lend her expertise and work closely with other leaders in strategic planning initiatives, further supporting the organization’s critical mission.

“Lunch Break’s commitment to breaking the cycle of poverty has had a profound impact on the community I am proud to call home,” Jordan shared. “It’s an honor to join the Board of Trustees and work alongside this dedicated team to continue bringing transformative programs to those in need.”

In a complementary role, Denholtz Properties President Stephen Cassidy has joined Lunch Break’s Capital Campaign Committee, which will drive the $12-million ‘Renew the Promise of Hope’ capital campaign. This fundraising effort will support the expansion of Lunch Break’s headquarters at 121 Drs. James Parker Boulevard in Red Bank, with construction underway as of April 28. The expanded facility will enable Lunch Break to meet the growing demand for its services and further its impact in the local area.

Through these appointments, Denholtz Properties is proud to deepen its partnership with Lunch Break and reinforce its commitment to creating lasting change within the Red Bank community.
