Denholtz Properties Expands Central Florida Presence with Hiring of Jordan Wean as Director of Leasing & Business Development

Denholtz Properties is strengthening its Florida operations by appointing Jordan Wean as Director of Leasing & Business Development, based out of the company’s downtown Orlando office at 100 East Pine Street. Wean will lead Denholtz Properties’ leasing efforts across its 1.5-million-square-foot Florida portfolio, which spans Orlando, Tampa/St. Petersburg, and Ft. Lauderdale, while pursuing new investment and acquisition opportunities across the southeastern U.S.

Wean’s role will include close collaboration with local brokers and property managers to enhance tenant services and asset management. By leveraging Wean’s expertise, Denholtz Properties aims to expand its multi-tenant investment platform in Florida and the Southeast and create long-term value for its growing portfolio. He will also work with Denholtz’s Director of Florida Acquisitions, JP Josephson, to identify premier office and industrial/flex property acquisitions in high-growth markets.

“With such a large portfolio in Orlando and our bullishness about its prospects, we knew that we needed to rethink how we approached the market,” said Stephen Cassidy, President of Denholtz Properties. “Our Orlando office will serve as our local headquarters, providing the on-the-ground capabilities needed to deepen our investment platform in Florida. We are confident that Jordan’s experience will drive continued growth in the years to come.”

Wean added, “I look forward to leading Denholtz Properties’ Orlando headquarters as we solidify our Florida market position and expand into other rapidly growing Southeastern markets. I am honored to work alongside industry-leading executives to unlock the tremendous value in these exciting markets.”

Jordan Wean, an award-winning professional recognized by NAIOP and Marcus & Millichap, brings a robust background in leasing and investment to his new role. He holds dual BSBA degrees in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Central Florida and has previously held roles at Highwood Properties and Franklin Street, receiving accolades such as Orlando Rookie of the Year and NAIOP’s Developing Leader Award.
