Denholtz Properties Celebrates Milestones in 50,000 SF Monmouth County Industrial Project

Executives from Denholtz Properties, joined by Tinton Falls officials, marked two significant milestones in their development plans for Monmouth County’s industrial market: the ribbon-cutting of a new 26,400-square-foot Class-A flex/industrial building at 150 Tornillo Way and the groundbreaking of a 24,000-square-foot Class-A flex/industrial facility at 151 Tornillo Way.

Situated just minutes from Route 18 and Exit 105 on the Garden State Parkway, these projects address the record demand for high-quality flex/industrial space in the region. The development at 150 Tornillo Way features 11 adaptable units, each with dedicated drive-in and tailboards, and is already 82% leased to tenants like Design Floors, Trident Computer Resources, and Fertile Globe Inc. The forthcoming building at 151 Tornillo Way will feature seven units ranging from 2,400 to 4,440 square feet, scheduled for completion later this year.

“Flex/industrial space is essential to our regional economy, even as big-box industrial projects often dominate the conversation,” said Steven Denholtz, CEO of Denholtz Properties. “Tinton Falls offers the strategic location and community support ideal for flex/industrial development. We are thrilled to work alongside the Borough to bring our vision to life and provide spaces that empower local businesses to grow and thrive.”

These new additions strengthen Denholtz Properties’ growing multitenant industrial portfolio across New Jersey and Florida, reflecting the firm’s commitment to addressing the needs of businesses in thriving local economies.
