
Denholtz Properties and Redwood Real Estate Group Joint Venture to Construct 143-Unit Class-A Multifamily Community in Downtown Bound Brook

Bound Brook, N.J. (November 21, 2022) – A joint venture between Denholtz Properties and Redwood Real Estate Group announces plans for The Rail at Bound Brook, a 143-unit Class-A multifamily community located at 100 Hamilton Street in Bound Brook, N.J. Construction will commence by the end of 2022, with completion expected in Q2 of 2024.
The Rail at Bound Brook, designed by award-winning architects Minno & Wasko, will include a range of studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom units, with features suited to post-COVID-19 living. Select units will offer outdoor balconies and terraces, while amenities include an expansive courtyard with outdoor grills, an indoor fitness and yoga studio, a game room, and bike storage.
Located in downtown Bound Brook, in Somerset County—named the Best County to Live in New Jersey by Niche—the property is steps from the Bound Brook Train Station, with easy access to Somerset County’s diverse dining and shopping options. Bound Brook’s revitalization follows the Army Corp of Engineers’ $143 million flood control project in 2016, which effectively resolved the borough’s long-standing flooding issues. This improvement, along with Bound Brook’s designation as a Transit Village and the $2.2 million pedestrian plaza project adjacent to the development, has bolstered local real estate investment.
