Denholtz Properties Welcomes Loretta Speranzo as Paralegal, Enhancing Leasing Efficiency
Denholtz Properties has announced the addition of Loretta Speranzo as a paralegal to bolster and streamline its in-house leasing operations. With nearly three decades of experience, Speranzo brings valuable expertise that will support the company's in-house leasing team by expediting lease negotiations, renewals, and other legal processes across Denholtz’s expansive 5-million-square-foot commercial portfolio. Her appointment is the latest move in Denholtz’s ongoing initiative to increase operational efficiency and enhance service for its tenants.
Previously a real estate paralegal at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, PA, Speranzo has managed commercial and residential real estate transactions for a diverse array of clients. In her new role, she will leverage this experience to improve the speed and efficiency of leasing transactions, generating both time and cost savings for Denholtz Properties and its tenants.
The addition of Speranzo aligns with Denholtz Properties’ commitment to integrating technology and efficiency into its operations. The company’s leasing team already utilizes leading commercial real estate technology platforms like VTS, Yardi, CommercialCafe, and VendorCafe to streamline processes and minimize manual tasks. This tech-forward approach allows Denholtz’s team to prioritize strategic leasing activities, ultimately driving value across its diverse portfolio.
“Ensuring our organization operates at peak efficiency is essential to our strategy,” said Greg Brown, COO of Denholtz Properties. “The addition of in-house legal services, coupled with leading technology, will enable our leasing team to execute leases more quickly and efficiently across multiple states and asset classes. Loretta’s experience is an ideal complement to our leasing operations and will further optimize our approach to tenant service and value creation.”
