
Denholtz Negotiates Over 20,000 Square Feet of New Leases at Orlando Flex Industrial Park

Orlando, Fla. (May 15, 2025) – Denholtz, a leading privately held investment management firm, has signed leases with Buca Interior Solutions for 8,400 square feet, Kitchen Saver for 8,400 square feet and Pye-Barker Fire & Safety for 3,600 square feet at Silver Star Commerce Center located at 3600-3082 Silver Star Road and 3717-3763 Mercy Star Court in Orlando, Florida.
Acquired by Denholtz in a joint venture partnership with Long Wharf Capital, a Boston-based private equity real estate manager, in 2017, Silver Star Commerce Center is a 254,915-square-foot eight-building industrial flex property. It boasts a strategic location directly west of North John Young Parkway and benefits from nearby access to State Route 434 and US Highway 441 as well as Interstate 4. Additionally, Orlando International Airport is less than 12 miles from the property.
Established in 2008, Buca Interior Solutions is an interior design firm serving clients across central Florida. Kitchen Saver is a cabinet refacing and remodeling business with clients nationwide. Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is a national leader in fire protection, life safety and security services.

Its Orlando-area portfolio also includes Celebration Business Center, a 106,068 square-foot single-story creative office building; the GAI Building, a 106,966-square-foot, seven-story office building; and 100 East Pine Street, a six-story 80,010-square-foot office/retail building. Located in nearby Winter Park, University Corporate Center is a 128,012-square-foot, seven-building flex industrial park.
