(May 2, 2025) – Denholtz, a leading privately held investment management firm, is proud to announce that Regional Property Manager Danielle Taperman, CAM, CAPS, was named a finalist for the Rising Leader in Commercial Real Estate award at the Triangle CREW Champion Awards held on April 24 at the Embassy Suites in Cary, North Carolina.

Held annually, the Triangle CREW Champion Awards honor the Raleigh-Durham region’s top commercial real estate projects, professionals and companies. Triangle CREW compiles nominations and selects one winner across a range of categories, including Rising Leader in Commercial Real Estate, Best Development Project, Community Enhancement Award, Economic Development Award, Professional Service Award, and more.

Taperman joined Denholtz in 2024 and oversees six properties across its over $200M Southeast portfolio. Managing a team of 11 employees, she ensures operational excellence and a superior tenant experience at each building, including the recently completed three-building, 304-unit NOVI portfolio in Concord, North Carolina.

Beyond her work at Denholtz, Taperman is a member of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association (GCAA) Education Foundation Board and a graduate of the 2024 GCAA Leadership Lyceum Program, a leadership development initiative designed to identify, train and empower emerging leaders within the region’s multifamily industry.
