Denholtz Properties Wins 2023 Planning Merit Award From Monmouth County Planning Board

Denholtz Properties is pleased to announce that it has received the 2023 Planning Merit Award from the Monmouth County Planning Board for *The Rail at Red Bank*, its mixed-use luxury rental community located at 118 Chestnut Street in Red Bank, N.J. Director of Development Steven Lidster and Property Manager Steve Zaro accepted the award on behalf of Denholtz Properties at the Monmouth County Planning Board meeting held on December 18 in Freehold, N.J.

Since 1984, the Monmouth County Planning Board’s Planning Merit Award Program has recognized projects, plans, and organizations that significantly advance planning and enhance community development within Monmouth County.

Located in the heart of Red Bank’s West Side neighborhood, *The Rail at Red Bank* is a transformative ground-up development featuring 57 upscale apartments and over 6,500 square feet of retail space. The fully leased retail space includes popular tenants such as Melonhead, a juice, smoothie, and acai bowl shop; Filoncino Café, an Italian bakery and café; and cosmetic dentist Todd Goldstein, DDS.

“We are thrilled that the Monmouth County Planning Board has recognized *The Rail at Red Bank* for the positive impact it has made on Monmouth County residents and the local economy,” said Steven Lidster. “Denholtz Properties is committed to contributing positively to each community we serve, and *The Rail at Red Bank* exemplifies our dedication to this mission.”
