Denholtz Properties’ Transformation of The Commissary at Baseline Earns ULI Northern New Jersey 2024 Excellence Award
Denholtz Properties is thrilled to announce that The Commissary at Baseline, its 53,700-square-foot multipurpose dining and entertainment center in Oceanport, N.J., has been awarded the 2024 Urban Land Institute (ULI) of Northern New Jersey Excellence Award in the Entertainment/Hospitality category.
The ULI Northern New Jersey Excellence Awards celebrate individuals and projects that have significantly influenced the regional real estate landscape. Honorees are selected by an independent panel of judges across various categories, including Residential, Industrial, Mixed-Use, Adaptive Reuse, and Leadership in Real Estate.
Situated in District A of the former Fort Monmouth U.S. Army base, The Commissary at Baseline offers an immersive experience combining dining, craft brewing, and food manufacturing. The fully leased space houses Baseline Social, an innovative dining and entertainment venue; Birdsmouth Beer, a craft brewery; and MGT Foods, a food technology company behind brands like Mr. Green Tea Ice Cream and Eat Mud Non-Dairy Ice Cream.
“It is an honor to be recognized for our role in transforming Fort Monmouth into a lively entertainment center for the Oceanport community and beyond,” said Steven Lidster, Director of Development at Denholtz Properties. “Congratulations to our entire team for their dedication in bringing The Commissary at Baseline to life.”
