Held annually, the NJBIZ Leaders in Real Estate, Construction and Design Awards celebrate the individuals, companies and projects transforming the real estate landscape of New Jersey.

Since joining Denholtz in 2020, Lidster has overseen development and construction projects across the firm’s more than seven million-square-foot portfolio of multifamily, industrial, mixed-use, retail, and office properties. His expertise was most recently showcased with the completion of The Rail at Bound Brook, a 143-unit luxury multifamily community located at 100 Hamilton Street in Bound Brook, New Jersey.
