Red Bank, N.J. (July 9, 2025) – Denholtz, a leading privately held investment management firm, is proud to share that Vice President of Acquisitions Shane Omundsen has been named a 2025 Connect CRE Next Generation Awards honoree.

Held annually, the Connect CRE Next Generation Awards honor rising commercial real estate professionals under the age of 35 who are making significant contributions to their companies and communities while shaping the future of the industry.

As Vice President of Acquisitions, Omundsen’s leadership has supported the growth of Denholtz’s national portfolio that now spans over seven million square feet. Earlier in 2025, Omundsen’s team oversaw the firm's first acquisition in South Carolina with the purchase of 20/21 Business Center, a 98,386-square-foot multi-tenant flex industrial portfolio located in Columbia.
